doxygen software package provides Documentation system for C, C++, Java, Python and other languages, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install doxygen
doxygen is installed in your system.
Make ensure the doxygen package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep doxygen *
You will get with doxygen package name, version, architecture and description in a table
